Our culinary students love to spend lazy weekend days looking for hidden treasures at our local farmers’ market. When culinary students at Liaison College at Pasqualino in Milton aren’t busy in our professional kitchens, you can often find them hitting the trails. Our corner of Canada boasts an amazingly rich diversity of flora and fauna. Hiking enthusiasts will love the Bruce Trail and its many side trails, one of which leads to Niagara Falls. Along the trail, you’ll see coniferous trees that are centuries old, and you may see porcupines, red-shouldered hawks, or spotted turtles. Our instructors are seasoned professionals of the fine dining world. They love to share their passion for food, wine, and the industry, and to help aspiring chefs learn the techniques and skills necessary to succeed in the culinary world.

Chef Giovanni Scarchilli is a veteran instructor and restaurant entrepreneur that has a wide experience in teaching Italian cooking.

Maria and Domenic Pasqualino are passionate restauranteurs with years of dedicated effort in setting the bar for the top fine dining establishments. Their dedication and attention to detail make them some of the best culinary and restaurant experts out there.
